Leggi tuttoNEW HORIZONS’ foremost mission is to promote local development providing support for young people, schools and SMEs. New Horizons organizes training courses, workshops and networking occasions on themes such as entrepreneurship, integration, social awareness, and consulting services in national and EU project management.
Thanks to popular support from local stakeholders, the association has managed to establish its stakeholder networks composed of pan-European organizations working in the field, local SMEs and NGOs, as well as local authorities.
In the last 2 years, NEW HORIZONS been actively participating in Erasmus+ programme with a strong focus on Youth and VET, as well as other national initiatives. For the first three quarters of 2018 we have been sending over 90 local young people abroad for Youth Exchanges and Training Courses in several topics: women empowerment and gender equality, healthy life style, sport, e-learning and new educational tools, specific facilitating, trainers and intercultural skills needed in youth work, social entrepreneurship, etc.
