Project Summary

Objectives
With this project we want to support teachers, teamers for school projects and all multiplier who are working in the field of vocational orientation by handing them over the most effective methods/a role-play to motivate young students to pursue a career in the renewable energy sector – a field of work that will become increasingly important in the future and is indispensable for a future worth living in Europe and the entire world.

Activities
Within the project, we plan two analogue meetings. These will focus on exchanging methods for the target group (meeting 1) and developing the role-playing game (meeting 2). The schedule will also include excursions to companies / other stakeholders related to renewable energies. Throughout the project duration, there will be several digital exchange sessions for sharing and improving the developed methods/roles for the role-playing game. Several expert presentations will enrich the meetings.

Impact
To achieve this, we expect the development of 5 methods specifically tailored to the needs of the target group of students in vocational orientation in various European countries. In addition, by the end of the project, a fully developed role-playing game in 4 languages should be available, which sensitizes and motivates young people across Europe for careers in the energy sector. As an extra, we hope to establish strong partnerships that will lay the foundation for future collaborations.
