On 5 January 2018, the conference: Youth and Europe, together we get further away – The Italian National Agency encounters Tusa has been successfully held at the Locali via Collegio (Tusa, ME).

The event received particular attention, both from the local community who eventually filled up the conference room, as well as local media that shortly afterwards circulated it in the news.

The conference, organized by the Municipality of Tusa, is pleased to welcome the participation of the Mayor Angelo Tudisca, Director of the Italian National Agency – Giacomo D’Arrigo, Member of European Parliament  – Giovanni La Via, and Association New Horizons.

European values and available funding opportunities for youth thanks to the support of the European Commission and Erasmus+ programme were made aware by committed guest speakers representing an excellent mix of grassroots associations, the National  Agency, and policymakers at European level.

Notably, the conference has been reported by both Nebrodi News and in particular, Gazzetta del Sud, one of the most important newspapers in Sicily.
